Mikaela is our Office Manager and HR Coordinator. She is an integral part of supporting our team, event coordination, and maintaining consistent communication with our valued potential clients.
Mikaela graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies. Determined to become the “go-to” person in every job; she is motivated to learn as much as she can and has used her administrative skills in various industries including Instrumentation, Office Solutions, Real Estate, Legal and Pest Control. She also has a wide array of communication, marketing and event planning and coordination experience from various roles.
Fun Facts:
Mikaela was born in Alaska but raised in Oregon. She enjoys restoring and selling old furniture in her free time. Being of service to other is her main passion in life and she has traveled to Mexico 7 times to build homes for those in need. She is currently the Service Coordinator for her MOPS group. She also leads the worship team at her church. In addition to her dedication to service work, she is devoted to her family, which includes 3 young daughters. In the last few years, Mikaela has become more passionate about social issues such as, human trafficking and mental health issues including eating disorders, body image and ADHD. While these are her main passions, she is always looking for other ways to become more engaged in issues impacting her family and community.
