Summary of Role:

We are seeking a full or part-time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and sales teams.

Marketing:

  • Curate and generate content for social media accounts
  • Compose and post content on the company’s website
  • Design inbound and outbound marketing literature (brochures, one-pagers, content, et cetera) to augment the company’s presence in the market
  • Attend and assist in the organization and promotion of events, traditional and digital campaigns to facilitate success
  • Work with marketing team to employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Collect client satisfaction survey submission and promote success

Sales:

  • Support sales team with lead list generation and maintenance
  • Assist with maintenance of CRM system and data
  • Prepare and send engagement agreements to opportunities

General/Administrative:

  • Scheduling, managing and sending reminders for appointments for company executives
  • Support other administrative duties, including support answering phones
  • Research projects, as needed
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties, as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and code basic HTML and CSS
  • Previous experiences working with WordPress preferred
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with Adobe suite preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload with multiple team members
  • Must be punctual
  • Great organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication or business administration preferred, or at least two (2) years of experiences in a marketing and/or sales support role

Summary of Role:

The Business Valuation Analyst works with our Project Team, assisting with valuation project-related analysis and data entry to financial models, assists with development of models, assist project managers with completion of projects, preparation of project deliverables, limited communication with clients as needed (via email, some phone), monitoring valuation projects’ status, and analyzing/compiling data. The position requires strong organizational and analytical skills. We are looking for our next Excel/data “go to” person who is a self-starter and detail oriented. As part of the project team, the role provides cross-functional support to other areas of the business and has the opportunity to get to know every aspect of the business and obtain additional credentials/certifications.

Core Duties will Include:

Project Based

  • Support management with projects and deliverables for all services (primarily the business valuations) from project inception to project completion
  • Creates, monitors, and completes tasks in CRM system
  • Analyzes, tracks, and sorts data from valuation projects for reporting purposes
  • Extrapolates data from third-party reports
  • Able to conduct research and report on findings
  • Communicates directly with clients, as needed via email and phone
  • Assists with project-related tasks

General/Administrative:

  • Schedules and conducts project-based phone calls
  • Maintains electronic and physical files and manages documents
  • Maintains project-based entries on Project Manager’s calendar and in CRM system
  • Provides frequent updates on status of projects

Operational Tasks:

  • Develops project workflows
  • Improves project management processes
  • Assists with software updates and improvements

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel – Must have knowledge with advanced knowledge of Excel functions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and self-directed
  • Strong team player with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business from an accredited college/university
  • CPA or other related financial designation with 1+ year of experience are a plus
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry a plus

Summary of Role:

The M&A Transaction Administrator works with our Project Managers (PM), assisting with merger and acquisition-related projects for clients. The position requires a high level of independent work and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. We are looking for a self-starter who is detail oriented and loves to solve problems for the clients in new and creative ways. There is long-term advancement opportunity for this position as industry and company familiarity increases and the company expands.

Examples of candidate’s responsibilities include:

  • Supports management and communication for projects for deal-making services for our small business owner clientele, from project inception to project completion
  • Creates, monitors, and completes tasks in CRM system
  • Prepare project resources – including preparation of form contracts for purchase and sale, preparing cash flow models using existing templates, reviewing online disclosures, etc.
  • Analyze, track and sort data from projects for reporting purposes
  • Communicates directly with clients as needed via email/phone
  • Schedules and participates in project-based phone calls with PM
  • Maintains electronic and physical files and manages documents
  • Provides consistent updates on status of projects
  • Utilizes and develops project workflows to ensure consistency

Required Skills:

  • Analytical and organized

  • Experience with contract preparation/legal writing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of experience in a related field; or, alternatively, high school diploma plus 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Paralegal, legal secretary, or other related experience is a plus
