Depending on your package, we guarantee your employment documents between 15 days to 30 days following receipt of complete information. Most revisions are turned around within 48 hours, depending on the complexity of your request.

Our employment resource service is for all business owners who have one or more employees and/or independent contractor employees.
The business owner should engage in the employment resources service.
We discourage you from including staff members on these calls.
We request you complete a questionnaire. The questionnaire includes 3 sections to complete: Employer Information, Employee Information, and Benefits Information.
We are happy to include language in the employment agreements referencing your current phantom equity plan. However, if you need to create a phantom equity plan from scratch for your employees, this would be under our Equity Sharing Plan services.
This varies based on the resources you receive and is totally up to you as an employer. Best practice would be to review everything annually. We offer an annual check-up service, if you wanted to run something by us or receive an update.
