Each package has a separate questionnaire ranging in complexity and detail. The questionnaires are designed to ensure your deliverables are comprehensive and tailored to your needs.

SRG will provide you form employment agreements, such as: 1) W-2: Executive; 2) W-2: Advisor; 3) W-2: Admin; and 4) 1099 Contractor which are tailored for your needs based on the information we gather from you.

Consultation calls help us clarify inputs, address your questions, and provide recommendations to ensure that your deliverable meets your needs in real-time. The included calls are appropriate for 90%+ of our client projects.

We don't just want you to have agreements, we want you to understand why you have it and what to do with it. We want this experience to be a success. Therefore, we offer a variety of resources such as guides, checklists, decision trees, whitepapers, and ebooks to ensure have all the tools you need.
Compensation Research

The timeframe to receive the valuation report begins upon receipt of full information, which may include but is not limited to, a completed questionnaire, intake call (if applicable), and approval of any changes to the questionnaire post-intake call (if applicable).

Our employment resources service is designed to provide you with customized solutions for your employees to ensure your business is protected, your employees know what to expect, and you can continue to grow the company. 

Our employment resource service is for all business owners who have one or more employees and/or independent contractor employees.

The business owner should engage in the employment resources service.

We discourage you from including staff members on these calls.

We request you complete a questionnaire. The questionnaire includes 3 sections to complete: Employer Information, Employee Information, and Benefits Information.

We are happy to include language in the employment agreements referencing your current phantom equity plan. However, if you need to create a phantom equity plan from scratch for your employees, this would be under our Equity Sharing Plan services. 

This varies based on the resources you receive and is totally up to you as an employer. Best practice would be to review everything annually. We offer an annual check-up service, if you wanted to run something by us or receive an update.
