Scope of Services:
This Calculation Engagement will be performed to provide the Client a value based on a 100% majority owned, marketable interest, as of the date indicated in Succession Resource Group’s (“SRG”) Questionnaire. This report is limited to a market approach using the private M&A Transactions method for financial service practices.
This Calculation Engagement will use the Fair Market Value standard, assuming a going concern. The Fair Market Value will represent the price based on deal terms commonly observed for the sale of a financial service practice. This valuation report can be used for lending purposes, benchmarking performance and value growth, general knowledge, and for the sale or acquisition of a financial services practice.
The value and price expressed in this report is a Calculation of Value. A Calculation Engagement does not include all procedures required for a Conclusion of Value. The results for a Conclusion of Value may differ from the results of the calculation engagement, which is limited in scope.
The report should not be used for any purpose or by any other party other than stated herein. This Calculation Engagement is NOT intended for legal disputes, tax filings, or regulatory matters. The engagement will be conducted in accordance with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts’ (NACVA) Professional Standards for a Calculation Engagement.
The deliverable will be a single electronic copy of the report unless prior arrangements have been made between the Client and SRG.

This Calculation Engagement will be performed to provide the Client a value based on a 100% ownership interest as of the date indicated in Succession Resource Group’s (“SRG”) Questionnaire. This ownership interest is considered to be Majority equity interest. This report is limited to an income approach using the Discounted Cash Flow method. This Calculation Engagement will use the Fair Market Value standard, assuming a going concern. The Fair Market Value will represent the price based on deal terms commonly observed for the sale of a financial service practice. This valuation report can be used for lending purposes, benchmarking performance and value growth, general knowledge, and for the sale or acquisition of a controlling or non-controlling interest in a financial services practice. The value expressed in this report is a Calculation of Value.
A Calculation Engagement does not include all procedures required for a Conclusion of Value. The results for a Conclusion of Value may differ from the results of the calculation engagement, which is limited in scope. The report should not be used for any purpose or by any other party other than stated herein.
