She, her, hers

Nicole is our Director of Team Solutions at Succession Resource Group. She plays an instrumental role in the success of our clients' projects. Until her relocation to Oregon in 2014, Nicole worked as a senior legal assistant for a law firm in Washington for seven years where she managed multiple cases, communicated with clients/courts/government agencies, as well as drafted pleadings and legal notices. Nicole brings extensive experience in contract preparation, financial services industry expertise, and project management to our SRG clients. As part of the SRG team, she focuses on helping clients with succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, entity and employment-related projects, and contingency planning for death and disability of the owner.

Nicole began her upper education at Julius-Maximilian University in Würzburg, Germany where she passed her First State Examination for her German Law Degree. Before completing her studies, Nicole moved her family to the United States where she continued her education, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington State University with a focus on strategic planning, operations, and management, graduating summa cum laude. She also obtained her CFP® certification in late 2018.
