Vicki Aguilar serves as Accounting & Administrative Coordinator at Succession Resource Group, where she supports the firm’s financial operations and internal coordination. Her background spans both accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations, and the kind of organizational detail work that keeps a high-volume consulting practice running smoothly. She brings a sharp eye for accuracy and a steady, reliable approach to everything she touches.

Before joining SRG, Vicki worked as a Staff Accountant at the California Bankers Association, where she managed accounts payable and receivable for the organization. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Marketing & Design with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Fun Facts: Vicki is a lifelong soccer player with 20+ years on the field, and these days you’ll find her on the sidelines cheering on her kids, Layla and Manuel, coffee in hand. Outside of sports, she channels her creativity through painting, apparel design, interior design, and greeting card making. She shares life with her husband Manny and their two children, and counts laughing with the three of them as one of her greatest joys.
