Project Analyst Administrator


Summary of Role:

The Project Analyst/Administrator (PA) assists the team in all project-related analysis and data entry to financial models, assists with development of models, assists Project Managers with completion of project-related tasks, preparation of project deliverables, communication with clients via email and telephone, monitoring all consulting projects’ status, and analyzing/compiling data. The position requires strong organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail. We are looking for our next Excel/data “go to” person who is a self-starter and detail oriented. As part of the project team, the Project Administrator role provides cross-functional support and has the opportunity to get to know every aspect of the business.

Core Duties will Include:

Project Based:

  • Supports management with projects and deliverables for all services, from project inception to project completion, focusing on supporting the business valuation team and data analysis;
  • Familiarization with company services;
  • Creates, monitors, and completes tasks in CRM system;
  • Analyze, track and sort data from projects for reporting purposes;
  • Communicates directly with clients as needed via email/phone;
  • Maintains electronic and physical files and manages documents;
  • Provides consistent updates on status of projects;
  • Assists with project deliverable updates and improvements;
  • Utilizes and develops project workflows to ensure consistency;
  • Completes research projects, as needed;
  • Assists with software updates and improvements.


  • Analytical and research-oriented;
  • Experience with data analysis and Excel modeling;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access); 
  • Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM or project management systems (preferred);
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry (preferred);
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of experience in a related field; or, alternatively, high school diploma plus 5 years of experience in a related field.

The ideal candidate will be analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to independently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple points of contact. This person should be self-guided, organized, energetic, outgoing, willing to assist others, and a go-getter!  

Employment: Full-time; Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
