Project Administrator

 

Summary of Role:

The Project Administrator (PA) assists the team with keeping track of all active projects and their status, communicating the project status and expectation of due dates to team and clients, prep materials for client before/during/after client calls, assists Project Managers with completion of project-related tasks, communication with clients via email and telephone, and monitoring all consulting projects’ status at all times. The position requires strong organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail. As part of the project team, the Project Administrator role provides cross-functional support and has the opportunity to get to know every aspect of the business.

Core Duties will Include:

Project Based:

  • Supports the team and clients  from project inception to project completion;
  • Familiarization with company services;
  • Creates, monitors, and completes tasks in CRM system;
  • Analyze, track and sort data from projects for reporting purposes;
  • Communicates directly with clients as needed via email/phone;
  • Maintains electronic and physical files and manages documents;
  • Provides consistent updates on status of projects;
  • Assists with project deliverable updates and improvements;
  • Utilizes and develops project workflows to ensure consistency;
  • Completes research projects, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); 
  • Experience with CRM or project management systems (preferred);
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, experience in a legal setting, or any sort of analyst role is preferred to succeed and grow with the role;
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus one year of experience in a related role.

The ideal candidate will be analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to independently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple points of contact. This person should be self-guided, organized, energetic, outgoing, willing to assist others, and a go-getter!  

Employment: Full-time; Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
