Summary of Role:
The Business Development Specialist focuses on the identification and nurturing of leads in our system, working closely with the rest of the Business Development team to assist with sales-related tasks, setting up sales calls, reaching out to current and/or prospective clients as needed, following up with marketing efforts, occasional attendance at industry conferences, scheduling and conducting sales calls, providing the necessary paperwork following sales calls, and other business development related tasks as needed to support the team. The position requires excellent organization, oral and written communication skills, as well as consistent follow-through. We are looking for a reliable and thorough individual who loves to work in a team environment. There is long-term advancement opportunity for this position as industry and company familiarity increases and the company continues its expansion.

Pay Range: Salary $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 /year + Bonus (bonus up to 10% of base salary)
