Senior Project Manager


Core Duties will Include:

Project Based:

  • Manages projects for select services from project inception to project completion
  • Creates, monitors, and completes tasks in CRM system
  • Communicates directly with clients
  • Prepares analysis, contracts, cash flow models, deliverables, and other writing assignments in accordance with the project.
  • Provides limited advice to clients about project processes and strategies
  • Provides frequent updates on status of projects with client and team


  • Client follow-up tasks
  • Other administrative items, as necessary

Operational Tasks:

  • Develops project workflows
  • Improves project management processes
  • Assists with software updates and improvements

Requirements :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with contract preparation/legal writing preferred
  • Strong team player with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficient with a previous CRM system
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry a plus
  • Legal writing experience, strongly preferred

Employment: Full-time; Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
