Project Coordinator


Summary of Role:

The Project Coordinator assists the Sr. Project Coordinator in all project-related tasks, including developing core strategies for projects, creating project deliverables, communicating with clients, and monitoring all consulting projects. The position requires a high level of independent work and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. We are searching for a self-starter who is detail oriented and loves to work in a team environment. As part of the team, the Project Coordinator provides cross-functional support and has the opportunity to get to know every aspect of the business. There is long-term advancement opportunity for this position as industry and company familiarity increases and the company expands.

Core Duties will Include:

Project Based:

  • Manages projects for all services from project inception to project completion
  • Creates, monitors, and completes tasks in CRM system
  • Communicates directly with clients
  • Prepares contracts, cash flow models, correspondence, and other writing assignments
  • Assists with tasks related to business valuations
  • Provides limited advice to clients about project processes and strategies 


  • Schedules and conducts project-based phone calls
  • Maintains electronic and physical files and manages documents
  • Maintains project-based entries on Project Manager’s calendar and in CRM system
  • Provides frequent updates on status of projects

Operational Tasks:

  • Develops project workflows
  • Improves project management processes
  • Assists with software updates and improvements

Requirements :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with contract preparation/legal writing preferred
  • Strong team player with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of experience in a related field; or, alternatively, high school diploma plus 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Legal writing experience, strongly preferred

Employment: Full-time; Monday-Friday (7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm)
