Marketing Manager

Summary of Role:

The Marketing Manager will be capable/responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. Put simply, you help our team build the brand and put leads in the top of the "funnel" for our business dev team.

You will lead the execution of our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, collaborate with internal teams, and leverage external vendors to execute the plan. You will have a strong marketing background, be organized, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Core Duties will Include:

Project Based:

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • Expand brand awareness for the company
  • Promote services using email, social media, tradeshows, advertising, and other methods
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
  • Leverage vendors to execute marketing strategy at scale
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns and activities
  • Manage and maintain Hubspot CRM system


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Experience using Hubspot marketing platform
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize effectively;
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills;
  • Previous exposure to finance and/or business management concepts (preferred);
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry (preferred);

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have the ability to independently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple points of contact. This person should be self-guided, organized, energetic, outgoing, willing to assist others, and a go-getter!


 Employment: Full-time; Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
