Portland, Ore. (September 13, 2017) – Today marks the five-year anniversary for Nicole Sinclair as the first employee of Succession Resource Group (SRG), a boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping financial professionals (advisors, agents, accounts) value, improve, protect, grow, and plan for the transition of their business. As a Portland, Oregon native, Nicole has been an essential part of SRG’s success – taking on any and every project and role within the firm to ensure that SRG’s reputation is strong and that all core principles are upheld!
As the Client Engagement Specialist, Nicole focuses her time working with financial advisors, insurance agents, CPAs, and broker-dealers/custodians nationwide to help them problem-solve and find solutions for their valuation, contingency plans, entity formation, mergers & acquisitions, and succession plan needs. She is also one of the faces at SRG events, workshops, and conferences, hosting the booths and meeting our clients.
Nicole’s core values – hard work, trust, commitment, and excellent follow-through are present in every part of her life. Ever a bright and positive light on the SRG team, Succession Resource Group applauds her love, dedication and achievements in her position with SRG. She also dedicates herself to continued improvement as an active member and former president of her Toastmasters chapter. In her personal time, Nicole is dedicated to her family - her husband, Johnathan, and her son, Mason and is also a huge fan of the Portland Trail Blazers.
