UX Designer

Core Duties will Include:

Product Design:

• Create interfaces for online tools (website, member portal, etc.)
• Create, analyze, plan, and execute automated customer platforms
• Create, analyze, plan, execute, and report on the website and member portal for lead conversion
• Collaborate with team and external vendors, as necessary
• Assist with side projects, as necessary
• Assist with research projects, as necessary

Marketing:

• Setup, analyze, and report on SEO metrics
• Create, analyze, plan, and execute automated customer platforms
• Setup, analyze, plan, and execute on social media platforms
• Collaborate with team, as necessary
• Assist with side projects, as necessary
• Assist with research projects, as necessary

Conferences & Events:

• Coordinate, organize, plan, execute all external events (conferences, workshops, webinars)
  • Communicate with sponsors and outside vendors
  • Create promotional image for event and upload to website
  • Coordinate schedules
• Book travel, update speakers calendars/TeamUp, track expenses
• Monitor quantity of marketing inventory

Requirements :

• Strong team player with a positive “can do” attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Adobe, InDesign, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
