Timing for selling your practice is of the essence. 

Most advisors are aware of the demand for finding and purchasing practices and that it is a seller’s market. No one is sure how long these conditions will last, making it difficult to know when the right time to start a transition is.

If you have considered selling your practice, or selling and then being retained post sale, consider doing something now to avoid unexpected industry changes that could dramatically impact the value of what you’ve built, especially with the recent speculation of a looming financial crisis.
