Roderick Carew, MBA joined Succession Resource Group in 2016 as a Project Coordinator, after 10 years in partner relations management for a non-profit in the medical, healthcare and end-of-life industries. Roderick brings years of consulting and support experience facilitating change management and mediation, and a track-record for finding goal-focused solutions that create value for all parties. Previously responsible for more than 200 dynamic stakeholder relationships, Roderick prides himself on the ability to quickly understand the broad scope of project and deliver concise answers/solutions to complex issues.
As a member of the SRG team, Roderick works in tandem with SRG experts and clients to support and discover unique solutions. An accomplished author and presenter with hundreds of hours speaking, Roderick brings an enthusiastic and out-going approach to all the relationships and projects he is exposed to.
Roderick holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Portland State University and a Master’s Degree from Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management, in addition to a Certificate in Coaching and Career Management, also from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management. Roderick is a long-time Portland resident, sharing his life with his wife of 5 years and their two toddler daughters.
Fun Facts: Roderick was born in Zimbabwe but raised in London, England and Vancouver, Canada before coming to the United States in 1994. Athletics have always been a big part of his life, and still are, as Roderick still finds time to run Ragnar races and play on several soccer teams. He is an avid reader and does not discriminate on material.
