Succession Resource Group – Five Years in the Making

Portland, Ore. (September 13, 2017) – As we close out August, this now marks the five-year anniversary of Succession Resource Group (SRG), a consulting firm dedicated to help financial service professionals value, improve, protect, grow, and plan for the transition of their business. Founded in 2012 by David Grau Jr., SRG has grown to a team of eight dedicated professionals and was recently included in Portland Business Journal’s 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies.

SRG is proud to provide a minimum wage of no less than $15/hour, pay 100% of all full-time employee’s health and dental insurance, provide a minimum of 2-weeks PTO in addition to holidays – including birthdays and work anniversary, and offering a retirement plan.
