Marketing Operations Manager

 

Summary of Role:

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for all technical functions of SRG’s marketing efforts and platforms, with an emphasis on SEO, CRM management, campaign and lead management. You will report to the Director of Marketing 

 

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include: 

Campaign Management + Lead Nurturing   

  • Manage the creation and execution of sales and lifecycle campaigns 
  • Ensure leads move from nurture to MQL by leveraging compelling content and nurture activations  
  • Execute one-time and automated email campaigns in Hubspot 
  • Support the execution of email and content-based strategies to generate qualified leads and top of mind awareness 

 

CRM Management + Reportingsome responsibilities will be shared in conjunction with the support of SRG’s Digital Marketing Manager and the Director of Marketing. 

  • Segmentation and list management 
  • Maintain personas and contact quality in Hubspot 
  • Establish, evolve, and optimize workflows, sequences, and automation processes  
  • Monitor/analyze campaign trends and results- implement optimizations and identify incremental campaign opportunities 
  • Manage subscriptions, organization, and utilization of all marketing platforms  
  • Support tasks and updates on various marketing systems and platforms 
  • Perform minor updates to website including blog posts, content changes and additions, and establish landing pages 

SEO  

  • Backlinking 
  • Search ranking and authority  
  • Content optimization  
  • Website health and performance  

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • 3+ years directly related marketing experience  
  • Technical experience in building reports, managing campaigns, and automation processes in a marketing platform 
  • Direct experience managing SEO performance  
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM 
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills 
  • Excellent written and communication skills with attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize effectively 

 

Nice-to-Haves:  

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry 

 

 

Employment: Full-time; Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)  

Pay Range: $60,000-$75,000 DOE + Location
