Summary of Role:
Responsible for developing and deploying inbound/outbound marketing campaigns, as well as creating/designing (or working with our external creatives when necessary) resources for the marketing campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role in consolidating the various marketing duties shared across our company into one position, ensures there is a comprehensive strategy, and lead the charge in marketing communication on a day-to-day basis to build brand awareness and to provide our sales person with identified targets.
The "right person" will be self-guided, enjoying studying data and using our CRM system, and get excited about owning our marketing functions and taking our lead generation and brand awareness to the next level. This isn't a "cog in the machine" position, this is a chance to own and grow our marketing efforts and really put your stamp on something - eventually moving into a
Creative Director position with another staff person as the department grows.
You will work directly with executive team and CEO to understand the company's unique market/client, to familiarize yourself with what is working and not working currently, develop an overall initial strategy, and on an ongoing basis to obtain content or edits for marketing materials as needed.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Employment: Full-time; Monday-Friday (7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm)
