Equity Appreciation Plan

Do you want to provide a valuable compensation and retention tool, that doesn't require an immediate cash outlay for your key staff? SRG's Equity Appreciation Plan allows you to develop and deploy a phantom equity sharing plan so you can share a portion of the future growth in the company without giving up equity or profits.

Two Types of Plan

Type I: Equity Appreciation Plan

Designed to help advisors share a stake in the future success of the business with selected “key” team members, without the need to sell ownership, give up control, or give up any profits. SRG will help establish the Plan and Participant Agreements, setup the spreadsheets to track and maintain the plan easily, and help you establish how your staff gets into the program and how they realize the benefit someday based upon predetermined “vesting” criteria we help you establish.

Type II: Employee 2 Owner Plan

Create a formalized equity sharing program for your team so they can buy-in small increments of the company on a regularly established schedule and establish simple funding strategies so the plan works for your whole team. Once established, you’ll be able to share equity selectively without giving up any control, and get your employees to start thinking and acting like owners.
