Digital Marketing Manager


Summary of Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the coordination and execution of our digital marketing strategy, with an emphasis on social media, email, and lead management. You will report to the Director of Marketing. Your efforts will grow brand awareness and increase revenue through digital leads. Your responsibilities will be supported with the collaboration of SRG’s Marketing Team and third-party agency partnerships.


Responsibilities Include:

Social Media & Email

  • Provide social media execution and management of related digital activity, can include, but not limited to, writing content calendars, scheduling posts, in alignment with SRG’s marketing strategy
  • Maintain and grow social media community on platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Monitor, respond, and interact with consumers via social channels
  • Partner with project managers and administrative team to develop compelling and impactful digital content and integrated campaigns for both current and prospective clients 
  • Execute one-time and automated email campaigns in Hubspot
  • Support the execution of email / content-based strategies to generate qualified leads and top of mind awareness

Lead Management & Digital Event Logistics

  • Facilitate the end-to-end logistics of educational webinars, conferences, and workshops including scheduling, registration, promotion, SWAG ordering, and lead management
  • Ensure leads move from nurture to MQL by providing compelling content, effective CTAs, and nurture activations
  • Organize, track, and report on MQL to SQL for all digital and event efforts

CRM & Website Maintenance

  • Manage subscriptions, organization, and utilization of all marketing platforms
  • Support minor tasks and updates on marketing systems and platforms
  • Maintain list structure and contact quality in CRM


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing OR
  • 2+ years of experience with social media and email marketing
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize effectively

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience using Hubspot marketing platform and/or completed certifications
  • Experience writing content
  • Experience in a B2B or inbound marketing environment
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry

Employment: Full-time; Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Pay Range: $62,000-$73,000 DOE + location
