Client Engagement Specialist
Core duties will include:
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
- Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls with perspective and current clients.
- Communicate with perspective clients via telephone, email, direct mail, or other methodologies
- Collaborate with team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
- Emphasize service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss payment terms, and/or reports
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing client and account in CRM
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
- Send proposals and engagement agreements
- Attend conferences and events, as needed
Employment: Full-time; Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
