Our advisor-focused merger support service is designed specifically to assist financial advisors with peer-to-peer mergers, where two or more practices are consolidated into one.

    You will receive one-on-one consulting through virtual meetings, telephone calls, and emails. You may also receive detailed recommendations and guidance, pro forma cash flow modeling (if applicable), a plan document outlining the merger, and industry-specific contracts including your organizational documents for voting/decision-making, management, buy-sell provision, and break-up terms.

  • How long is the process?

    The total amount of time needed to complete your project will vary based on your ability to make decisions and your availability. Most clients are able to complete their merger in 4-6 months at a comfortable pace. Our team will end each call by scheduling the next one, giving you the ability to help control the cadance.
